Subject: Student accounts
Attention parents of students that have not had any activity on their students account.
Please log in and check your accounts. We are at a critical point in our fiscal season and will be reviewing accounts before the end of the year.
If you need to make special arrangements for paying your fees you need to see Ms. Hatcher.
Our student accounts need to be made current as soon as possible.
Thank you, Lorrie
As I mentioned at the Booster Meeting last month, I would like to have a Bake Sale fundraiser at our concert on December 13th. If you are interested in helping me organize things or would just like to participate by bringing something, please let me know.
Thank you, Lorrie
From Ms. Hatcher.
The students were all given copies of this but in case it didn’t make it to you here it is.
Lorrie
Just as a reminder about the scrip order due tonight. Please have them in the red box by 7 pm tonight or you can also give them or send with to give them to Meggan Langan at sectionals. I already have several orders, so shipping should be a little less on this order. They will be back by Friday, Dec. 7th. The next 2 scrip order forms are attached.

Subject: December Scrip Orders - 12/3 & 12/13
I have changed December’s scrip order dates, as there is not a booster meeting this month.
There will be 2 order dates for December, order forms attached:
Mon. Dec. 3rd 7pm and Thurs, Dec. 13th – band concert night.
I will place the Dec. 13th order as an expedited order, so that it will be back by Tues, Dec. 18th.
This is a great time to order for the holidays. Get some of your gift cards bought and put some money in your student’s band account in the process. There are many retailers right now with an increased percentage as well. Some of the many that have increased percentages are: Applebee’s, Bass Pro Shop, Bath & Body Works, Kmart, Panera Bread, Red Robin, and Starbucks… to name just a few. There are over 900+ retailers listed out on www.glscrip.com.
There are several different options to get the order to me: 1. Red box 2. Hand deliver ( any time to me, I’m working Broncos game- Dec. 2nd, deliver to my house, give to Meggan Langan) 3. Other arrangements – just let me know. If I do not receive it personally, please just send me an email so that I know where to look for the order.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you
Karen Langan
Please remember if you as a parent want to go to the Metro Concert this Thursday night, you need to let me know by tomorrow (Monday) night.
Thank you, Lorrie
Hi everyone!
I met with Ms. Hatcher yesterday and she has asked me to put this information out to all of the band families.
Evidently we still have a problem with some 40 students in the Band program that are not enrolled in band for the Spring. Here is the way it works and what you need to do!
Auditions will be held on Dec 14, 17 and 18. By Dec 21 the students will know what band they are in. This includes percussion students that will not be in Winter Percussion. The class hours are; Symphonic, 5th hour, Concert 4th hour and 7th hour will be for Guard and the percussion students with less experience.
Please check your students schedule ASAP on line and be ready to go to Pomona on December 21st to make schedule changes as needed for your student(s).
Administration as well as the counselors are NOT making any changes without a student and parent present and requesting the change. After our Booster Meeting last month we were hopeful that Mr. Runge could get this straightened out but he has not been able to assure us that 100% of the students in band will be accommodated.
Please help your student and plan ahead by looking at their schedule on line.
If you have any other questions, see your students counselor or Ms. Hatcher.
Thank you so much, Lorrie
