Feeding the kids @ Jeffco Fest

Hi Everyone,

As in past years, the boosters provide a simple dinner for the kids at Jeffco Fest. Here are the details, including the donation items requested:

-Each student pays $3 for a meal--I am collecting the money and they can give it to me tonight at the football game or tomorrow at practice

-Donation items (5 donations of each item please):

*Veggie trays-

*Fruit trays-

*Desserts-

Please note-Food donations that are in spill-proof containers or bags can either be dropped off to Lorrie Ham in the bandroom on Monday, September 24 BY 3 pm. or brought to the north parking lot where the band is located at Jeffco Stadium between 5 and 5:30.

Also, if you are interested in helping out with dinner at Jeffco, please let me know. Set-up time is 6:15 and dinner time is about 6:30 or 6:45 pm.

Last, I will keep updating this e-mail throughout the weekend so we can see which items we are lacking before Monday.
