Going to miss this one.. I'm resting my foot for a couple weeks to see if I can take care of this heel issue.

We will start running at 8:45am and head south to the Greenbelt Plateau and then across the street to Flatirons Vista.  Longer runners can head down Doudy Draw to the Springbrook loop and back.  It will be mostly out and back, so plenty of options for distances.
