[RRS Run Group] Re: Newbe

D. Leo

Sorry that has taken so long to get back to you.

The Garmin GPS or Timex GPS are the best out there. They both have several lines which offer lots of options. It really starts with what you want to use the GPS for. The Garmin ForeRunner 10 is a great entry level GPS. The top of the line Garmin is the 910. That is great for Triathletes.

Check out the websits for both GARMIN and TIMEX and go through the different options and models.

I am new to the group. I am wondering if anyone has a preference in a GPS for running. I am getting ready to by one and not knowledgeable on what is out there. Like any comments or suggestions.

Thank you,

D. Leo
