Great job mark!  I hope that foot recovers quickly.  I head off to Vegas on Friday to run a 1/2 Marathon in Red Rock Canyon on Saturday.  I will let you all know how that goes.  It is a night time run which will be a first for me.  I'm a bit nervous! 

 

Have a great week everyone! Hope to see you more often once I'm back from my trip.  Signed up for my first full marathon... I will be doing the Colorado Marathon in May!!  I look forward to many long runs with the group!

Well, I felt like I ran pretty good today. Finished today in 2:04:14 despite finding out by podiatrist that I have a fractured seamoid in right foot. I hope yall have fun tomarrow. Wish I could be there. I'll see you all soon.
