Good afternoon Pomona Marching Band Boosters!!!
Calling all businesses - large or small, You are the owner or in an office!
My name is Patty Adler (Lauren is a 9th grade "guardie" and actually in her 2nd yr of guard) and I am responsible for securing advertising for our upcoming program for the Pomona Festival 2012 being held Saturday, October 6th. As you might know, over 2,000 marching band students and nearly 4,000 spectators will attend. This event is sponsored by the Pomona Music Boosters, a tax-exempt organization and as such, a portion of your sponsorship if tax-deductible.
The program is black and white, and a simple fold over stapled in the middle 8 1/2" x 11" size. Our ad spaces are 3 sizes: Full page at $90, Half page at $75 and Business card is $50. We would like to have a committed form completed by next Friday which I have attached to this email. Even if you have a business that doesn't really need to advertise, a simple space showing your "Good luck" and "We are so proud of you" can be displayed. Any opportunity you can support us with in producing the program is much appreciated!!
If you should choose to be more involved, we are also offering sponsorship opportunities on 4 levels: Silver at $200, Scarlet at $175, Panther at $140 and Paw at $110. All these sponsorship levels have a variety of benefits including: an ad space, name on the Pomona Band web site all year, and a selected number of complimentary tickets to the festival. (All the information is clearly outlined in the attachment as well.)
Would you please help us out? We look forward to being as successful as you are committed to the success of the Pomona Marching Band and hosting this wonderful yearly traditional event, in its 24th year! You can bring your completed form to our Booster Meeting next Tuesday, September 11 at 7pm in the Band room.
