Hi Everyone,
In case you were not at the Booster meeting this week, we still have approximately 85 volunteer positions available to work. Listed below are the positions and the shifts available. Please let me know which positions and shifts you can work. As I explained at the Meeting, we have less students this year but the same number of positions so it would help a tremendously if every family could work at least two shifts. The success of this festival depends on the wonderful band families of Pomona High School. The number of open positions will be in ( ).
OPEN POSITIONS
Music Warm up: 7am-noon (1) ; noon-5 (1) ; 5pm - 10pm (1)
Pit Access : 7am-noon(3); noon-5 (2); 5-10pm (3)
Volunteer Check In: 7am-noon (1) ; noon-5 (1) ; 5pm - 10pm (1)
Pit and Body Warm up: 7am-noon (2) ; noon-5 (4) ; 5pm - 10pm (3)
Perimeter: 7am-noon (8) ; noon-5 (11) ; 5pm - 10pm (8)
Ticket Booth/Gate: Noon-5 (2) ; 5pm - 10pm (2)
Stands.Portals: 8am-noon (2) ; noon-5 (6) ; 5pm - 10pm (3)
Prop Drop off: 7am-noon (2) ; noon-5 (3) ; 5pm - 10pm (2)
Pit Entrance: Noon-5 (2) ; 5pm - 10pm (2)
Pit Staging: Noon-5 (1) ; 5pm - 10pm (1)
Band Staging:7am-noon (1) ; 5pm - 10pm (2)
Serving food to Pomona Band: 430 - 8pm (4)
Bus Chaperones 2pm at Pomona HS -9:30 (2)
Please remember that this is a fund raiser. We would all love to watch our kids perform, however, there will be other opportunities to watch them and there is only one opertunity to make the money we need to keep our band fee down. Thanks again to everyone who has worked so hard to make this event possible.
