Well the fact you are asking the question is a sign you are listening
to your body. By what you describe not running today is best. To
give more advise I would have a few questions. Have you ran a 1/2
before? What has you longest run been? And for how long have you
been training for this race?
In the mean time, rest and vitamin C would be my first step.
