[RRS Run Group] another Saturday option

James Bettis passed this on about a charity Cross Fit workout in
Federal Heights. I think I'm going to go instead of running with the
group. Hate to miss seeing everyone, but it's a good cause and I am
doing a 5K on Sunday anyway, so this will be a break from running.
Here's the info in case anyone wants to join me. You do need to RSVP
if you are coming.

It's being hosted by Big Horn Crossfit and they are simply asking for
you to donate whatver dollar amount you can to the victims of the
Aurora Shooting. It's going to be a great time! Here is the link for
