Hi Families.
I wanted to get out some information regarding our competition in Albuquerque October 19 - October 21. This is what I know so far and I will be updating you as information becomes available.
We will be leaving Pomona aprox 6 - 6:30 am October 19th, traveling to Pueblo to rehearse at the college in the morning from approximately 9 - 12 that day. We will feed the kids at the field in Pueblo, load the trucks and busses and depart by noon for Albuquerque.
We are staying at the Drury Inn. 4310 the 25 Way NE. Albuquerque, NM 87109. (505)341-3600. the students will have dinner at the hotel as well as breakfast the next morning.
Our Performance time in 10:36 AM Saturday, October 20th at the University of New Mexico.
Depending on how they place, we will have a plan A and plan B with information to follow. If they make finals, we will return to perfor. If they do not make finals, we will return to watch bands.
We will be departing the hotel Sunday AM somewhere around 8:00 am.
Lunch that day will be on their own, stopping for them to go to a fast food restaurant(s) of some type. They will need 10 - 20 dollars for lunch.
Our return will be aproximately 5:00 - 6:00 PM on Sunday to Pomona.
