Need More Info for Broncos Games

Thank you all who sent me your TIPs card numbers.

 

I found out I also need your TIPs card expiration date.

 

I also need the date of Birth for anyone under 18. The minume age to work is 16 years old. If you have signed up your child and they are under 16 they can not work.

I put together a phone email list for the Managers at the event and I'm missing some phone numbers:
